Product Description
SBS-modified waterproofing roll membrane Technoelastmost has been jointly developed by SoyuzdorNII and TechnoNICOL Company.

Technoelastmost shall be applied as single-ply waterproofing membrane on RC pavement plates (grade “B”) or protective cohesion course on steel orthotropic plates of bridge superstructures (grade “C”).

Technoelastmost can also be used as single-ply waterproofing on buildings and structures. For example - for waterproofing of bed-plate, where squeezing of waterproofing membrane makes the seams watertight even when seam is not sealed properly. Sand surfacing is provided on the upperside to ensure adhesive bond between concrete deck and waterproofing membrane.

The unique physical and mechanical properties of Technoelastmost are resulted from the use of synthetic rubber – styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) as bitumen modifier.

Technoelastmost is reinforced with polyester base and comes in sheet thickness of min. 4.5 mm (grade “B”) or 5 mm (grade “C”). Its backside is surfaced with thermofusible polymer film, the upperside – with fine sand surfacing.

• Due to its high elasticity Technoelastmost remains workable even in cold weather and never becomes too soft in the sun; this product is convenient to work with and requires no re-heating in installation;

• Polymeric film surfacing provided on the back side of Technoelastmost has the special pattern, by which the roofer easily knows when the sheet is ready for application;

• Technoelastmost has strong adherence to the base, which provides cohesional failure within the binder when waterproofing is applied.
