Shake well for about 30 sec. before usage or after interrupting the application.
Turn the vial upside down and screw it on the PU spray gun outlet
Turn the screw for open position regulation
Pull the trigger immediately to fill it with foam and extruded on waste piece
Adjust the screw till obtaining wished thickness of the foam stripes
IMPORTANTLY: Turn the vial upside down when applying. Follow the instructions of the GREAT STUFF PRO label for ensuring safety work and storage.
VIAL CHANGING
Turn of the empty vial. Clean the nozzle remaining foam. Shake well the new vial and put it on not allowing foam solidifying at the system. Pull the trigger immediately to fill it with foam. If you are screwing already used vial, clean well its nozzle.
PU SPRAY GUN CLEANING AND STORAGE
Use only Great Stuff Pro Tool Cleaner for gun cleaning. It is specially developed for attaining superb results at not-solidified foam cleaning.
Never use water or solvent when cleaning the gun.
Never store the gun with joined on Great Stuff Pro Tool Cleaner.
Clean the gun periodically (12-24 vials).
Rub the nozzle over soft wood piece after work to clean remaining foam. Never use knife or other sharp and hard subject.
After applying always left the gun with the vial on it and with closed control screw.
